Charlie has a bio sister in NJ...

I had a really nice email from a woman in New Jersey (our agency put us in touch). Charlie has a biological sister that is 7 years old. She has two brothers. How exciting is that? I'm really thrilled and looking forward to meeting her and her family some day. We need to bring Charlie home first!!!
